Member of the national team since 1998. Very correct RH top-order batsman and a useful medium-pacer. Highest international score is 119 not out against France at the European Cricket Championships in 1998.
Zaheer Ahmed Emigrated to Germany from Pakistan 11 years ago at the age of 13. Has since developed excellently and is now one of the most talented players in Germany. RH fast bowler and sound RH middle-order bat. Member of the national team since 1997.	Mohammad Ayoob Pasha Member of the national side since 1998. An excellent wicket-keeper who has created quite an impression at past international competitions. A useful RH middle-order bat.
Mark Brodersen Represents Husum CC where he began playing cricket at the age of 7. Member of the national team since 1998. LH opening bat. Highest international score is 104 not out against Gibraltar at the European Cricket Championships in 1998.	Jakob Bumke At the age of 22, the youngest member of the team. Was captain of the German Under 19 team. Member of the national team since 2000. RH leg spinner and RH bat.
Renald Buss Represents Husum CC where he has been playing cricket since the age of 9. Member of the national team since 1998.RH middle-order bat and RH medium pacer.	Badar Munir Newcomer to the side and, at the age of 24, one of the best of Germany's promising youngsters. RH medium pacer and RH bat. Excellent fielder in any position.
Philipp Bächstädt One of the 6 newcomers to the side and at the age of 20 the youngest member of the team. RH bat who learned cricket in Germany and has tried his skill abroad as well. Was also captain of the German U19 team.	Matin Mahmood Newcomer in the team and at the age of 21 also one of the younger members of the squad. RH bat who learned his cricket in Germany and Pakistan. Was a regular member of the German U19 team.
Ikenna Nwokedi A first time selection for the team as a promising young player of 25 years. Hard-hitting RH bat who can keep wicket - has played abroad as well. Now plays regularly for the University of Gšttingen team.	Farooq Ahmad Playing for the first time in the side. He started cricket in Pakistan before emigrating to Germany. A talented left arm all rounder who bowls leg breaks and can open the innings or bat down the order.
Khalid Butt Has worked his way up from the U19 team after strong performances in Scotland in 2001 and recently in Denmark. A gutsy and determined player. RH bat and RA medium pace bowler.	Anees Butt No relation to Khalid Butt. Came to Germany from Pakistan and impressed the selectors some time ago with his overall performance. He has now qualified to play for Germany. A good right arm all rounder- upper-order bat, medium pacer and good fielder with a strong arm.
Øle Mørtensen New coach of the team. Well known cricketer, who played regularly for Denmark and Derbyshire in his younger days. National coach of Denmark before he took up his new assignment for the German team	Javed Minhas Manager. Played a good standard of cricket in Pakistan for his college and club. After coming to Germany initially he also played regularly in Holland. He is a senior member of one of the oldest cricket clubs in Germany- Frankfurt CC. Member of the DCB Sports Committee.
