James Shannon returns to captain the Northern Knights in the final Championship clash of the season.
The Instonians batsman missed both their losses to champions NW warriors, but has returned to competitive action in recent weeks, being included in the recent squads for the Afghan series, but not being required.
There's also a welcome return for his Shaw's Bridge team-mate Nathan Smith who has missed most of the season following a side injury sustained during the Test build-up in May.
Waringstown left-arm spinner Gary Kidd is available, and he will forge a potent spin-attack with James Cameron-Dow.
The game will now take place at Sydney Parade instead of Malahide, although this has yet to be officially confirmed by Cricket Ireland.
Leinster Lightning have not released their squad yet, but are expected to announce it later today.
