Boyd Rankin hasn't been released by Warwickshire for Sunday's crucial cup showdown with Leinster Lightning at Rathmines.
The giant paceman is required by the midlands county despite him being an infrequent player at Edgbaston this season.
Rankin's absence is a blow for the Warriors, who are attempting to win their second trophy of the season after denying Lightning their sixth consecutive Championship clash.
The NW side are otherwise at full strength for the winner takes all cup decider, with Andy Britton the only addition to the 11 that clinched the championship back in July.
Play on Sunday gets under way at 10:15am.
