Kevin O'Brien has replaced Eddie Richardson in the only change to the Lightning squad that drew their Championship clash with the Northern Knights earlier this week.
The Railway Union all-rounder was rested for the dead rubber match, and coach Albert van der Merwe will be hoping that O'Brien can power his squad to victory in the winner takes all clash.
Lightning's domination of the revamped interpro competition is being challenged by the Warriors who wrested the Championship crown from the Dubliners for the first time this summer.
Lightning however prevailed in the T20 format, to clinch their 14th interpro title out of the 17 available, and will begin favourites to make it 15 trophies when the action gets underway at Rathmines on Sunday (10:15).
An added bonus for fans not able to get to the match is that it will be live-streamed thanks to Cricket Leinster.
