North Down opener Johnny Terrett has been rewarded for his early season form by earning a call up to the Northern Knights squad for their game against the North West Warriors at Coleraine tomorrow.
Former Irish international Greg Thompson has also been drafted in to the squad. The 25 year old, who moved this season from Lisburn to Waringstown, won the first of his 14 international caps as a 16 year-old back in 2004, but hasn't featured in the senior ranks since August 2008.
The pair replace Instonians batsman James Shannon, who has a law examination on Monday, and Waringstown's James Hall, who has withdrawn from the entire Inter-Provincial Series for personal reasons.
The action gets under way at Coleraine at 10:45am and Ian Callender and David Doey will be providing live ball-by-ball coverage on CricketEurope.
