The side shows a number of changes from that which wrapped up a 65 run victory over the North-West Warriors in Malahide this week with Railway's Kenny Carroll getting his debut call-up and Barry McCarthy selected for the first time this season.

Andrew Balbirnie also returns after his heroics in The Hills in the first Inter-Provincial game of 2014 back in May.

This is the first of three Inter-Provincial T20 days played in each of the three participating unions.

On Sunday the Lightning play the hosts, the North-West Warriors at 11am. This will be followed by the Warriors vs the Northern Knights at 3:30pm.
