Neil Flack won the toss and elected to bat first at Myreside. Scotland showed two changes from the side on Wednesday with Brown and West returning to the side with Rao and Ghaffar dropping out. The Dutch side had one change with Nana replacing Khan.
Jack Waller was promoted to open with Ben Wilkinson and the pair showed their intent to attack from the start, hitting any loose delivery to the boundary.
The pair raced to 73 before Waller was caught at cover by Sikander Zulfiqar off the bowling of Hoseinbaks. He had made 23 in twenty balls and his innings included three fours and one six.
Wilkinson continued to dominate with the bat taking his score to 63 before he played on to an Asad Zulfiqar delivery to take the score 94 for 3. His innings had lasted for 52 balls and included nine fours.
Scott Cameron with a quick-fire 22 and Haris Aslam with 11 from four balls enabled Scotland Under 17 to close their twenty overs on 147 for 6.
Asief Hoseinbaks with 3 for 19 was the pick of the visitors bowling.
The Netherlands innings got off to a poor start losing both their openers with only six on the board.
The Scottish bowlers continued to exert control of the match as Saqib and Sikander Zulfiqar found boundaries hard to come by.
The score had moved to 52 for 2 off twelve overs and with the run rate having increased from the requirement at the start, the batsmen took some risks and with the benefit of some slack Scottish fielding managed to get the total to 126 before they ran out of overs, resulting in a comfortable 21 run win for the home side.
Saqib finished on 51 not out and Sikander with 49 not out, with Scott Cameron taking the two wickets to fall for 25 runs.
Scotland Under 17 as a result of this win complete the whitewash against the Dutch and will now travel with confidence to Ireland next week for another three match series.
